The Blackwell Law Firm represents clients with serious personal injury, wrongful death and damage claims. Our sole focus is helping clients and small businesses seek full compensation for their injuries and damages.

We handle personal injury and workers’ compensation cases throughout Alabama. We also represent Alabama consumers injured by defective products, dangerous medical devices and bad drugs. We have pursued these product liability claims for our Alabama clients in courts around the United States.

Most of our cases involve clients injured in automobile or workplace accidents right here in north Alabama. However, we have also aggressively pursued cases to final conclusion in counties throughout the state as well as Federal Court. We are committed to preparation and hard work. We believe this commitment leads to the best results for our clients.

Outside the courtroom, we believe lawyers should continue to educate others on issues important to their injured clients. For that reason, we actively teach legal seminars, write articles on important legal issues and serve on panels discussing ways to better pursue justice for the injured and disabled in Alabama.
