An elderly Madison County nursing home resident suffered injuries in a terrible fire ant attack. After an investigation, claims were filed against both the nursing home and its pest control company. The case involved a team effort. While pursuing personal injury claims in Madison County, the team also successfully defended efforts by the pest control company in Federal Court for arbitration. At trial, a Madison County jury awarded a verdict for $5,350,000.00.
